Overall the villa was great. Very spacious, clean and good facilities. The management company was also very helpful and responsive. The only negative was that there weren’t enough towels. A welcome pack with essentials such as milk and bread would’ve also been nice.

My family and I absolutely loved this home. So much space and so much to do with every person in our group. The movie room was definitely a hit. Very clean and the management company was so great to work with. Be sure to get the heated pool option especially in the winter time - it is worth it! Can't wait to return next year

I picked this house our annual business trip, and it was perfect for our group of 12. It was spacious and clean, and the large dining area made for a great meeting space for us. The resort area was great for relaxing in our free time, and having the private pool at the house was perfect for the evenings. This is our new go to!

The host was very responsive. The only downside was the chairs in the theatre room, the drawer in the fridge and feezer were broken by previous guest. The wifi kept dropping. Our cell services didn't work at all in the house. They had a house phone to use if we wanted. However they were helpful in sending a rep to come restart the system. They really supplied everything you could think of from car seats, stollers, high chairs, pool toys, pool noodles, floats etc. This house made me realize why renters get ratings as well. Their place should be taken care of like it were our homes. I would definitely rent again. Customer service and an open line of communication was superb.

Super fun home!
We had such an incredible stay at this villa and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip! From the moment we walked in, the house felt welcoming, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for a large group. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and the layout made it easy for us to spend time together while still having our own space. The pool and spa were a daily favorite; whether we were starting the morning with a swim or winding down at night, it quickly became our go-to spot. The kids absolutely loved the themed rooms and theater room, and honestly, the adults did too! It added such a fun touch and made the stay feel extra special. The kitchen was well equipped for group meals, the home was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Close to the parks, shopping, and restaurants, which made everything so convenient. Communication with Blue Sky Villas was easy and responsive, and check-in was completely stress-free. This home truly felt like a place we could relax, make memories, and enjoy being together. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling with family or friends. Five stars all the way!

Excellent place and very well maintained
Excellent place and very well maintained. We were 13 of us and really enjoyed staying at this property. The place is very spacious, well appointed and had everything that we possibly wanted. Swimming pool and spa were really nice and had a bathroom in the room next to the pool to shower after. There were enough towels in all the bathrooms in the house, including swimming towels. Washing machine and dryer worked well and was very convenient. All in all, great place to stay for large groups, will definitely look to stay here in future trips.

Awesome home!
We thoroughly our stay in Orlando. This home was perfect for all of us. We travelled for a work trip with 15 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Heating the pool and spa was excellent. We were given a contact to rent a grill and pool games which added to the fun. Management was very responsive with all questions. We will definitely book this property again next year.

Incredible home in a great location

This stay was worth every penny
This stay was worth every penny. I’m so glad we chose to book with blue sky. For future reservations I will move blue sky and their properties to the top of my list! The customer service was beyond amazing. They were responsive and helpful every step of the way. Any questions we had and any concerns we may have had, were immediately addressed by them. Not to mention, the home was absolutely beautiful. It was gorgeously decorated, clean, and the community was really great. If we come back to Orlando, we would definitely want to stay with blue sky again!

Me and my guest loved the home. It was roomy and very clean. The colors and decor was up to date and customer service was Stella! There were a few things that I had issues with and addressed them with the property management of which they handled in a timely manner. I know they will read this so I hope they will take actions to my suggestion and I don't read my concerns from other renters in the future. I would highly recommend this place and if I can offer renters advice, please check out the house on your first day and report anything that is not working or broke. One big thing is confirm you have heat in the pool (if you purchased it) and make sure the jets in the jacuzzi works. Just check the house out on day 1.

I loved this home and I would rent again. My guest enjoyed their stay during my first annual women's wellness retreat.

Great experience!
Great experience! Plenty of room and close to the parks. Very good communication with Blue Sky Villas. Only disappointment was that the clubhouse pool was closed the one day we planned on a big pool day with the little kids! Best part of the house was the pool!

Birthday Celebration
This Property is amazing! Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! The only two things i would try to improve is the hot water when showering…. I personally likes it real hot but I can understand why it’s set to a particular temperature and also the service, once you walk into the home all service is lost! But i will definitely be booking with them again! The rooms were big and comfortable! It was more than enough room and we had 19 people with us! I even got engaged there yesterday! I will give them a 10/10

The house was beautiful. The location was was not far from local restaurants and stores. I loved the pool area, bar, grill, the ice cream shop and playground area they had on the premises. So even if you didn’t want to go to the Big parks, there was always something to do around the home. I would definitely recommend.

This was a great place for my family get together. It was accommodating for our large group. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The owners were excellent communicators. They answered all questions in a timely manner. The only things worth mentioning is the parking and the furniture. You can only expect to park 2 vehicles in the driveway and one on the street. Some of the furniture had wear and tear. But otherwise it was a great place for a large family get together. We would definitely use them again!

Me and my family stayed in the 10bd room villa and let me tell you we loved it so much! This was a big family trip everyone had their own room, kids enjoyed the pool and everything else this house had to offer. Huge Harry Potter movie room. This is a 10/10 I speak to for the entire family we definitely enjoyed our stay and everything looked EXACTLY like the pictures. We will definitely be returning.

The home was very beautiful and a lot of soace, the host response was on time the area is lovely the only thing was we had to pay extra for a heated jacuzzi at 35.00 a day that a lil pricey also there were rental fee for a bar b que pit and their prices varied by what you needed, the pit and jacuzzi heat should be included in the rental of villa or home!!!! Over all it a lovely home in the Orlando Area!!!!!

Exceptional Stay!
This home truly exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless upon arrival, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious — perfect for our large group. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together in the main living areas. The bedrooms were comfortable and private, the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and gather as a family. It felt less like a rental and more like a luxury home away from home. We especially loved the private pool and outdoor space. It quickly became our favorite place to relax, whether we were starting the day with coffee outside or winding down in the evenings. The resort amenities were also fantastic and added so much to our trip — it really felt like a complete vacation experience. The location was ideal, close to Disney, shopping, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful at the same time. On top of that, the Blue Sky Villas property management team was wonderful — communication was prompt, friendly, and professional from start to finish, which made everything stress-free. This villa made our vacation truly unforgettable, and we would absolutely stay here again.
