This home was absolutely gorgeous. This is a great stay for adults and a decent location close to all your Orlando needs.
The beds are comfy and there’s plenty of bathrooms.
The home had an efficient layout with relaxing decor. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything. There were nice appliances and plenty of dishes. There was no kitchen/dish towels, dish soap, coffee filters, salt/pepper, or surface cleaner provided. (This was my main disappointment as I believe those are essential) All the rooms had nice TVs and the home had fast internet.

The pool area was very nice and towels are provided. We had enough but if you are in a large group, you’ll need more. They only provide a few. There were plenty of bath towels.

The game room is a plus. However, there is no AC in there. It would have been nice if there was at least a fan in there for air circulation. It also was very loud and echoey. Opening the garage helped but some sound absorbing panels would be nice.

There is a step down immediately at the front door. A “watch your step” sign should be placed on the front door. We had someone in our party sprain the ankle on day one of the trip because it was not obvious. Also, this makes the home not wheelchair accessible.

It was a little difficult to find the entry to the property initially. I wish we were provided the address to the front gate as gps brought us to an emergency vehicle only entrance that was gated closed. But once we found it, it was easy to find again.

Lastly, the security here is a joke. The front gate was open the entire time. While there was a security person, all they did was sit at the gate in a golf cart on their phone. There was no security check in or code used to make sure people belong like the instructions said. (Maybe just due to covid) however, One of the neighboring homes had their cars broken into while we were there. So it is something to be aware

We had everything we needed and more including the garage that has been converted to an amazing game room, which was perfect for rainy days! The neighborhood was extremely well kept and had a great community pool as well. The host was lighting fast with responses and super friendly as well as all the workers we ran into. We will definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely a beautiful home to stay with your family. The pool was very clean and the spa was nice. We paid extra for the heated option and my kids loved it! There are plenty of basic essentials, the kitchen has brand new appliances and dinnerware. The beds are super comfy and theres plenty of room for lounging. I would definitely stay again!

This home is very lovely! The cleaners did a wonderful SPOTLESS job and the home was very well maintained. Everything was clean, fresh, and well taken care of. House was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We opted to have the pool and spa heated which was perfect for night swims. The house is about 20-25 minutes from Disney which was a very easy drive. Neighborhood was nice and safe as well.

I visit Orlando frequently. The home is as described and is very nice. Compared to other homes of similar build , I would say this house is smaller. I recommend guest bring extra towels and wash clothes. The house is located near a pool but not the clubhouse. You have to drive about 5 mins to get to the other amenities. If you’re looking for somewhere bigger with similar amenities then solterra is a good pick.

Our vacation was perfect staying in this home. The home is very modern and beautifully decorated. There was tons of space and it is located close to one of the community pools and just a short drive over to the resort amenities. Close to Disney and restaurants, which was so awesome. Definitely recommend staying with Blue Sky Villas

The house was beautiful just as pictured, and uncluttered and we felt at home! We enjoyed the pool and spa, it was very relaxing. The games room equipment was of very good quality. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and we enjoyed that each had a good quality TV. It was a beautiful neighborhood to walk or run in and the main resort facility was great! We appreciated feeling more secure in a gated community. Though the washing machine failed during our stay, the response to fixing it was prompt, and extra towels were provided since we could not wash ours. The public pool directly across the street (picture 52) was very nice, but the facility management forgot to unlock it most of the days we were there. We noticed others in the community unable to enter as well. Our summary ... this is a fantastic rental home, you will not be disappointed, we would rent it again in the future. Thanks

We really loved this house
We really loved this house. The pool was amazing, my kiddos enjoyed going in every day. I do wish they included some life jackets/floaties for guest so we didn’t have to go out and buy some just to not be able to bring them home with us. The house was very clean, and it was quiet. The game room was a great bonus and having a washer & dryer came in handy as well. The location felt nice and secure. Good neighborhood, loved that the trash got picked up daily. I’d definitely stay there again next time we come down to FL.

What can we say except before we got home, our kids were asking when we could come back there! There was not a single thing we could have needed that wasn’t provided. The unit was very clean and really calming. The spa/pool and game room were used daily and were amazing amenities. We didn’t use the clubhouse but did check it out and it seemed great. The only staff we interacted with in person was the gate staff on day one and he was helpful and friendly. The only reason I might be hesitant to recommend this property is because it may not be available when we want to come back!!!!

Everything was a described. The property management team was very responsive. Easy check in. We liked that the house was next to open grass space.
